Leap of the Ninja
Put the Ninja Out of his Misery

Grants a 1.07 Point Modifier

To find this sneaky fellow, look to the top of the large skyscraper in the background, behind the main building, and zoom in on the right corner. On the corner of the building, you will see the black figure doing his thing.
No Pigeons Were Harmed
Damn pigeons are in the way

Grants a 1.07 Point Modifier

To find the five pigeons that need to be shot for this challenge, aim your scope at these locations.

Directly above the lower gargoyle in between the two buildings.
On the two lights to the right of the merman statue near the lily pond on the left side of the area.
On the scaffolding for the speakers above the banner for the party.
On the corner of the building near the pool — closer to your position.
Immediately to the left of the spotlight that is to the left of the elevator. It will be sitting in a bird bath there.
Bored Chipmunk
Left out from the party

Grants a 1.05 Point Modifier

To find this odd character, look to the window all the way to the left and as far down as you can and you will see this “chipmunk” peering out his window. You won’t have to shoot him to complete the challenge, just look at him.
Long Live the Patriot
That’s a knockout

Grants a 1.05 Point Modifier

To complete this challenge, look to the top right corner of the building to the far left in the distance. On the roof there, you will find a man hitting a punching bag. Shoot the punching bag twice and it will fall off its hinges. Keep watching as the man will then start to throw his arms in the air while looking in your direction.
Gnome Invasion
Gnomes are invading the apartment

Grants a 1.07 Point Modifier

To get this challenge, you will first need to make the gnomes appear and then shoot them all. First look for the only gnome that is visible. He can be found on the lower corner of the building to the very far left. Once you shoot him, two more gnomes will appear in the apartment of the tinfoil hat wearer directly across from you. The final gnome will be to the right of the tinfoil hat man, just outside his room.
Elevated
Free elevator ride

Grants a 1.07 Point Modifier

To get this rather hilarious challenge complete, shoot the green elevator button behind the dancers to open the elevator door. Make sure there is a guard standing in front of it, and when it opens, shoot him to knock him back. If he was close enough, he will fall down the opening. If you shoot him and he doesn’t quite make it down the shaft, give the body another shot or two to give it an extra push.
Ohh Mine Got!
Activate the mines

Grants a 1.05 Point Modifier

Nothing says “Party” like proximity mines! There are ten mines on top of the pedestals in front of the dance party. To activate each mine, you will need to shoot them. If a guard gets close to them once they are activated however, they will detonate, alerting everyone. To get the 10 mines activated without incident, take out the couple guards that patrol the area near the pedestals first. Once they are down you can then focus on the mines.
It’s a Trap
They don’t need more alcohol
Grants a 1.06 Point Modifier

To the right of the main building, beside the pool area, there is a lift that has a load of wooden kegs on it. Below the lift there will be a guard patrolling who will keep walking back and forth. When the guard walks under the lift, shoot one of the ropes holding it and the kegs will crushing his head.
Rapid Execution
Finish the assignment in 2:30 minutes

Grants a 1.07 Point Modifier

For this challenge, all you need to do is kill Strong within 2 and a half minutes and either kill the guards or let them evacuate. While some of the guards will evacuate right away, some will hang around to search for you for a bit. Be sure to take the stragglers out using your “instincts” by holding down RB/R1.

The mission will end when you kill Strong and his crew is either evacuated or dead. However, when you achieve a challenge the point modifier will stay active in subsequent playthroughs of this level. So you should get the rest of the bonuses first, then start a fresh game to get the maximum amount points. Or just get this challenge, then restart.
Crack all Eggs
Kill all targets with headshots

Grants a 1.09 Point Modifier

To complete this challenge, you will need to kill each and every guard, as well as Strong, with a headshot. To make things easier, you can pull the trigger halfway to slow down time and to make your aim steadier. Also remember that you can lure guards by shooting areas near them. They will enter a cautious mode as they go to investigate the noise. When they're standing around looking for you, they are easier targets to headshot.
Wow!
Remove the stripper evidence

Grants a 1.06 Point Modifier

There are three pieces of clothing that need to be shot to complete this challenge. The three pieces you can find are:

A white boot to the right side of the dance party, right beside the swimming pool.
A nurse’s hat can be found on the bench next to the lily pond and to the left of the Merman statue.
The final piece can be found on top of the bear’s head in the room just above the people dancing.
Once the challenge has been completed, the stripper herself will appear in the center window above the party and start to strut her stuff for you.
Mr. X
Who is this mystery man?

Grants a 1.12 Point Modifier

Once you have completed all of the challenges, this mysterious Mr. X will appear. Look down to the window with the panda bear stuffed toy in it and then a couple windows below that. In the previously unoccupied window, a man on a cell phone will now appear. Take a shot at him and he will look up at you and the challenge will complete.
Fly By Prevented
Shoot the flying pigeon

Grants a 1.20 Point Modifier

Once you have shot all 5 pigeons to get the “No Pigeons Were Harmed” challenge, a man will appear on the roof and shoo away a flock of pigeons. While the large flock will fly off to the left and up, there will be a lone pigeon that flies off to the right, low and slow. Use your hair trigger to slow down time and lead your shot to hit it.
Rub the Duck
They are always there

Grants a 1.07 Point Modifier

There are three rubber duckies scattered about the area that you need to shoot to complete this challenge. The three little guys can be found in these locations:

One duck is immediately to the left of the pool.
One is in the bird bath near the barbecues on the lower level.
The last one can be found in front of the elevator, between the two pedestals.

Rapid Execution is easy. Shoot all but one bullet in the air ASAP but save the last one for Strong.
The mission ends immediately when you're out of ammo and it's a success if you executed Strong.

This guide has been here for 4 years, I am surprised that only now has someone realized that I copy and pasted this from IGN. I did it for easier access because the IGN site works kinda funky on my PC, and, if you would have read the last section, named "Credits", you would've known that I did not stole it. pos
