Graphics mod that attempts to re-create Isaac in a 16-bit (ish) aesthetic, taking references from old SNES and GBA games!
It doesn't work anymore sorry

I just saw that there a some enemies that are glitched. BUT could one not just copy the "enemy folder" from Repentance into the mod?
