HearthFire Bard and Housecarl Modifications

I love the fact that you can alter the homesteads for Morthal, Dawnstar and Falkreath. However, there were some things that I felt could be improved, and so I have done so.

All the bards are now female, including the Lakeview Manor one, and are now dressed in the tavern outfit. For the Lakeview one though, this created an error where the starting dialogue when you first hire her to not play, even though I am using the same voice as one of the other two bards. I hope to find a solution for this, but fortunately it does not affect her abilities as a bard or anything else she does.

For the housecarls, I only edited two. Lakeview's housecarl is now a female Nord in typical housecarl armor, whereas Valdimar is now in mage gear as he's actually a mage.

I know there are no pics right now but I promise there will be as soon as I get to this point in my new playthrough. I lost my main one when my old laptop crashed so I have to build one from scratch all over again on my new one, plus I gotta make a master playthrough for my Skyrim Special Edition.

I tested everything and it all seems to be in proper working order. Please let me know if anything is buggy. I haven't done any modding on a few years and I figured I should start small. I'm also learning the CK for Skyrim Special edition so I can rebuild my mods using it. Conversion was being a jerk so I'm having to start from scratch. Bear with me as I slowly get back in the game while being a mother of two.
