HD Water Splash

Description
This is a simple sprite swap I made for when something splashes in water. Now the particle refracts light for a more realistic effect.

This may cause performance drops if your graphics processor is weak, or you fire way too many bullets into water at one time.

Screenshots were taken on the map "gm_abstraction_extended"

yo can you do an update fix because i keep reinstalling it but the addon doesnt work
