High Hrothgar Lair

Description
This is a secluded mountain lair just beyond the second shrine on the path up High Hrothgar. As you walk up the mountain, you will come across a door set into a stone archway, leading deep into the rock. Inside you'll find a complete hideout for the antisocial or paranoid Dovahkiin.

There are working bookcases and weapon racks/plaques, as well as other useful equipment.

There is a spectacular view from outside your doorstep. If you peer over the mountainside, you can see Ivarstead far, far below.

The house features:
1. Lots of empty, non-respawning containers
2. A map marker that appears once you find the lair
3. Shrines of Akatosh and Dibella
4. Alchemy and enchanter's stations
5. A safe
6. Workbench, grindstone and anvil
7. Fireplace with a cooking pot
8. Two large bookcases
9. Two large standing weapon racks (the ones that hold 5 weapons), and several wall-mounted weapon plaques

There are no mannequins, and no game-unbalancing, God-mode-type items.

Compatible with Dawnguard and Hearthfire, but they are not needed to play this mod.

WARNING: Not NPC friendly! Followers will NOT follow you into the house, and you cannot let a wife/husband live there (they wouldn't want to, anyway). If you have a follower, you can enter the house to put something inside, and the follower will wait patiently for you outside the front door.

Directions to the house: Re-read the first two sentences. LOL.

Changelog Jan. 11, 2013: I discovered the scales and ingots chest was backwards, so I turned it around the right way and re-uploaded the new file. It should update in your game automatically without changing anything else about the home.

I like this one quite a bit. It is missing one key thing for me: a standard smelter. Can you add one? Thanks for this mod. (A wood chooping block would also be nice but not crucial for me.)

Thanks for the nice comments, everyone.
smarsrich: I've tried to make my houses follower-friendly and failed miserably so far. LOL. I'll keep practicing at it, but I don't have any plans to make this one follower-friendly.

I really like this one, everything I need in one place - nice atmosphere and a nice location - good work :)
