@CushyCrux Hi, I like this asset, but LOD model looks bad. Can you upgrade please? And no, mods changing lod distance in not solution. It kils fps brutally..

@vetaking. No. I don't have that dlc. They will spawn normaly in residental zones at Level 5.

I can confirm that props loaded when I plopped it with Find It Mod.
