Are you fan of RPG games and especially dungeon crawlers? Have you ever asked yourself why most of the dungeon crawlers are set in fantasy worlds and only a few in Space?
Why not replace a sword with an assault rifle, a hammer with a shotgun, an axe with submachine gun or a dagger with a pistol?
Why not crawl through huge space ships instead of dungeons, a research base on the Jupiter’s Moon – frozen Europa instead dark forests? Why not fight with heavy robots instead of dragons, aliens instead of trolls, mutants instead of skeletons?

Is this still active and in development? my guess is no, as theres been no news for some time, but in saying that, I'd have flocked here sooner had it not flown under the radar.

vykrom: good news, you are not late for this party. I would rather not promise when this is out, our jobs do not allow us to work as much as we would like but it will happen soon. You can find some screenshots from UE4 in the screenshot section to compare visuals. Stay tuned.

Late to the party, as I just randomly stumbled across this out of curiosity if there were any sci-fi dungeon crawlers out there. Turns out there really aren't many. I love that you guys wish to fill this void. And the concept prototype looks fantastic. I wholeheartedly support your endeavors. And if there comes another Kickstarter, I will be there

Senator Gibbons: Yes, Space Shock is still alive. The KS fail only showed we were not prepared for KS campaign and PR. Some people needed to find a job, some people left, but the core of the team is still working on game prototype. We would like to deliver the prototype in the best condition as possible. We have been slowed little bit down by our real jobs (Alien: Isolation, Fable Legends), but experience gained from these jobs will be seen in Space Shock. The prototype will be available as UDK build and our coder is working on stats, combat balance so you all can see what is Space Shock about. Visual content is closed so I'm working on completely new Unreal 4 build. The grant from Epic is our goal. Fingers crossed.
