Single-Wielding Perks (Vanilla)

Description
This is the Vanilla version of Single-Wielding Perks. If you have Dawnguard, it will crash if you try to access the Vampire Lord / Werewolf perk trees. The Dawnguard Compatible version can be found through my Steam Workshop page or via the link below:

Tired of dual-wielding taking priority? Single-Wielding Perks aims to offer a balanced option other than Dual Flurry and Dual Savagery. This mod adds three perks to the One-Handed tree, available at (40), (60), and (75).

Perks are added to the One-Handed skill tree, on the opposite side of Dual Flurry and Dual Savagery. They are meant to sit as non-invasive, optional choices for characters using one-handed weapons. Characters with single-wielding perks will sit in between the styles of dual-wielding fighters and sword & shield styles.

Balanced Weaponry(Rank 1): Players wielding only one weapon recieve a boost (120%, up from base 100%) to their attack speed and their weapon damage, as well as 20% faster combat healing rates and stamina regeneration rates.

Balanced Weaponry(Rank 2): Previous boosts are upped to 140%, and the player gets an 8% bonus to crit chance and reflect damage chance.

Pinpoint Offense: Players wielding only one weapon do 50% more damage and have an extra 25% chance to stagger their opponent when using power attacks.

NOTE: These perks only apply when wielding a single, one-handed weapon in the right hand. You will not recieve the bonuses from these perks when wielding shields, spells, staffs, etc., in the off-hand.

"Balanced Weaponry(Rank 1): Players wielding only one weapon recieve a boost (120%, up from base 100%) to their attack speed".

This did the EXCACT opposite for me, I was hitting 3x slower than a bloody 2h weapon's power attack!

Duly noted -- I had the same issue with the Dawnguard version a few months back. Unfortunately I don't have my work PC with me -- you can expect an update sometime mid-September. Thanks for the heads up with this!

The moment I applied Balanced Weaponry(Rank 1) to my character my attack speed was EXTREMELY slowed, almost as if it was slow motion. Perhaps, instead of adding the speed to 120%, you made it 20% ?
