Spells of the Third Era

Description
This mod adds over 100 new spells to Skyrim. All new spells are based upon spells and spell effects that were available in Morrowind and Oblivion.

All those spells can be bought from one vendor.

In the northeast, at the Border from Skyrim to Morrowind lies Refugees' Rest.
There a new merchant set up his camp and has an immense selection of valuable Spell Tomes.
Look for a Trapdoor inside the destroyed tower.

Some additional Notes:
------------------------------------
Blind --- blind enemies will still attack you but it greatly decreases their ability to detect you while you sneak
Chameleon --- if you turn permanent transparent after this spell, you used an invisible effect from another mod, please don't save and restart skyrim.
Bound Armor/Shield --- If you have the Mystic Perk the armor and shield will be enchanted. If you use the spell again during the time you have already equipped the armor/shield it will unsummon it.
Jump --- those spells will only work if you have SKSE installed otherwise you will get a message which indicates that you need SKSE (sorry there is no other solution for jump)
Recall/Interventions --- use those effects with caution, depending on the situation they can break some quests
Reflect Damage --- works only on physical damage
Poison Spells (Master Level) --- won't work on followers, horses, essential NPCs, protected NPCs

24.12.2012:
reduced the value of the key for the merchants chest, it can now be stolen from Fast Eddie.
25.12.2012:
added Bound Armor and Bound Shield Spells.
26.12.2012:
Fast Eddie now should properly sell all items he was intented for, furthermore he has now a small schedule and will walk around, sweep the store and sleep. (although he should sell you items all day long)
27.12.2012:
added a Chameleon Spell
28.12.2012:
added 3 Jump Spells and 2 Fortify Speed Spells
30.12.2012:
added 1 Levitation Spell
added 8 On Touch Spells (2 Fire, 2 Frost, 2 Shock, 1 Poison, 1 Fortify Speed)
4.1.2013:
added 1 Sound Spell and 2 Paralysis Spells (the same that were allready in game but gave them to Illusion)

Crime_to_be_doing... You have to be at a high enough level alteration to buy it anywhere. It doesn't work like it did in Morrowind though. Also, did you mean this mod caused crashes & corrupt files? I'd like to know it's safe to download.

game close after using bound mace, dont know why or with which mod it conflict

Played almost a 1000 hrs and haven't found that one. Tho I've restarted many times (comp crashes, corupted saves, bad mod's, new comp...) I haven't been everywher. where can I find it?

@Crime_to_be_doing Telekinesis is already in the vanilla Skyrim game.

is it possible to add these spells to the leveled list instead? i like exploring and finding random spells in the wild and shops. and on some npcs.

oh, and one question.
If i dont have SKSE it will only affect the "jump" spell right?
