Description
Thanks so much for helping me get to 1,000 subscribers on YouTube! I’m doing a series of American commercial buildings (some new, some updates) to reward and encourage more subscribers to my YouTube channel. All you need to do is click one of the links and subscribe to the channel. To celebrate every 100 subscribers, I will release one of the following commercial buildings. (I’ll still be releasing assets that are not part of this series though.)


As of today 9/30/17, I just passed 1,060 subscribers. I’ll do this up to 2,000 subscribers, and I will be making a HUGE Hotel/Entertainment Complex once I reach 2,000 subs on YouTube (which may be quite some time). HINT: If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, then it's pretty obvious.

For some reason my Sears is pretty busy. Parking is pretty full and commercial vehicles are coming and going quite a bit. Not causing a problem though. Nice mod.

I have a sears in my shopping center and I have about 20 civilian cars doing an infinate loop of going to sears, getting out of there car then getting back in then doing a loop around the block and doing the whole thing again forever, its starting to cause a circle of traffic with all the people doing this. Anyone else having this prob? add me on discord and I can screen share the issue if you want its Abyus#1605

2020 the Sears still looks almost brand new on the work shop, its really holding up well over time.

RIP Sears indeed, thanks to corporate vulture Eddie Lambert, a textbook CEO sociopath. May he lose his entire fortune and die on the streets. Not likely but it's a lovely thought, nonetheless.
