Description
Sets the walk and run speeds for all NPCs to the same values used by player. It fixes the annoying speed problem, when the player follows a NPC and walks too slow or runs too fast.

Skyrim Nexus: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9553

This is the lite version, that changes only the interpolation values for "fast walk" and "jog" speeds. For a better version, that also sets the height for all playable races to same value, see http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=11290.

If you think that the default walk speed is too slow then see Skyrim Speeds (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=8204) to adjust the walk/run/sprint speeds for player, NPCs, horses and/or werewolves.

For technical details see mod's Skyrim Nexus page.

Does it still consider the walking speed difference between races? Or is EVERYONE standardized to same values?

And if i use other mods like dovakin speed, or just run faster, that still work?

This already annoyed me a lot in Oblivion, I couldn't believe it, when I noticed happening in Skyrim, too. What designer made such a stupid decision? Thanks a lot for this mod!

I really appreciate this mod. It seems simple but, to me, makes a big difference. It was annoying always having to wait on my followers.

No, I don't know. Try it, it should work if you're not using a controller.

Would you happen to know if this would work in-game with the ACE Balance Your Own Game mod from the Nexus?

I can't fix the problem with Xbox controllers. The plugin sets two variables, that's all. Is nothing magic.

I just switched to an Xbox controller and I have the same issue than Mist Rising. You should do something about that; even if speed is adjustable, it is annoying to have to constantly lower your speed if you don't want your follower to fall beind.
