Head: Sphere with radius 20.15 cm.
Body: Capsule with radius 19.22 cm and length of 110 cm (this length includes twice the radius due to the caps).
Legs: I have not measured them, but they are 4 capsules that match the models very well. That's why they barely show in the pictures.

Armored enemy
Head: Sphere with radius 20.15 cm.
Body: Capsule with radius 19.22 cm and length of 84 cm. Ordinary Tans still use 110 cm with a longer armor too.
Armor: Capsule with radius 19.22 cm and length 60 cm.
Legs: See above.

Not shown: Bulldozer
Head: Sphere with radius 12.15 cm. Appears only when the visors are destroyed.
Body: Capsule with radius 25.74 cm and length 100.2 cm.
Legs: See above.

Saw
ATMs can be sawed from the side. The lower ATM icons are placed rather high; it is safer to aim a bit lower. Placing drills on doors makes them harder to saw.

The server room can be determined without opening any door by checking the front and back.

Back with server. The cables are always there even without server, so they do not help. But you can see parts of the metal frame going vertically and horizontally. You can even see details of the texture:

You could also look if you can see the box on the table or not at pool side to determin if server are there or not. Might be easier for some, for reference this guide tells it: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=497208151 i think you might be able to spot that without jumping too if i remember correctly

Explains why it's so easy to pop helmets while sprinting and hipfiring your weapon of choice, I guess.
