781 5th Avenue NYC by pauljchris

This is a model that I built from scratch based upon the The Sherry Netherland Hotel and apartments at 781 5th Avenue NYC . The building is a wall to wall residential building designed to work best when placed in a corner position (as the real world building). Originally built for Cities XL and now converted for Cities skylines.

Great asset, but I have agree with guys below in night he is so much darker, maybe some lights in top of him will be awsome. BTW he works fine with SH, and is a beautifull look.

Same here, the building is way too dark and has no night lighting. After having it in my city for almost 6 months I've finally removed it. I wish it could get updated.

Love this building, but in my game it is always so incredibly dark, almost black. Hard to see any details. Don't know why, Maybe it's the luts and lighting mods I generally prefer, that are causing it?
