It is a bug that can (but not always) happens with the quasi quick-time events that happen (like when you're sliding down the hill in the desert level). It is annoying!

@shadowshiv, happened once during my entire playthrough (during one of the last levels) - dying caused my screen to freeze

I really, really liked playing this game, but the bug that causes it to freeze from time to time (requiring a computer restart, as Task Manager or Alt F4 don't work) put a damper on it. I wish they were still around to fix that nasty bug!

I played it to the end I liked it so much. Unlike me :)

So far, so good. Charming little game :) Glad I decided to give it a go
