Description
This mod adds a player home to Skyrim, located near Winterhold. The house is free and does not need to be purchased.








In this house you‘ll find:
- Child's Beds
- Basement
- Oven
- All of the Smithing Stations
- Safe
- Cooking Spit
- Player Bed


The home has the ablity to have the player's family move there, using the recommend mod below.

I agree, and the house is wonderful.. I think it would go great with paradise halls, but I also run into the void.. For now I'm keeping it amd I'm going to check out any other mods you have...

I love this house, it's one of the best Winterhold mods as far as I'm concerned. The basement seems a little glitchy though. I keep finding myself facing the void. Is there any chance you could fix this issue? Otherwise it's an amazing mod.
