Dragonborns Hidden Lair

Description
Dragonborns Hidden Lair
This housing mod is a somewhat small mod that is very direct and to the point, I did not like current housing or the current housing mods very much, so I made this to fix that. This mod has a good amount of mannequins and display cases and the like for showing off ones armours. There is also an all in one craft room with appropriate chests. A bedroom that gives the well rested buff (it does not tell you, but if you look into the active effects window it is there) and a library for those of us who like to collect books.

Full list of contents below.

I highly recommend downloading the Vanilla Mannequin script fix so that the mannequins do not misbehave, which without it I could not do anything to stop. Link to download it is below.

If you are using a non-English client then make sure you have bought proud spire manor first before you download the mod, the mod changes the name from your localised version into the English version, this is a bug with the different client versions that I cannot fix unless I create a translated version.

FAQ
###############################################

Q: How do I get access to this new area?
A: There is a hatch in Proudspire manor that allows you to access this, so essentially once you have bought Proudspire manor you can access this.

Q: Why Proudspire manor?
A: I put it into Proudspire manor (which is the Solitude house btw) because I did not want the house to be a freebie or easy to acquire, I feel that having the Proudspire manor access cost associated with it makes it quite balanced.

Q: My Mannequins are moving and striking random poses!
A: The vanilla script fix will stop the moving around, and for some reason they occasionally strike poses, as soon as I figure out what makes them do this i will fix it in an update (unless someone can tell me what is causing it).

Q: Does this mod conflict with anything?
A: No. This mod will only conflict with another mod that has made the exact same change to the exact same place in Proudspire manor, which I have checked and cannot find any that do that.

Q: I have a bug/problem not covered in the FAQs. Help!
A: Make sure the problem has not already been resolved in the comments (and I just have not put it into the FAQs yet) if it has not been resolved please leave a comment and I will do my best to get back to you ASAP.

Q: I want to look at the mod but I don’t have Proudspire manor yet, how can I do this?
A: Open up the console pressing ` and type COC Whiterun, when it teleports you then type COC DragonbornsHiddenLair and you should be in, you COC to Whiterun first so that the map updates in the lair.

Q: Is this compatible with heartfire/dawnguard/dragonborn
A: I do not know. I do not have any of the DLC so I cannot be sure if there will be any conflicts or not. There should not be any conflicts, but if there is a conflict with any other mod or any of the DLC please leave a comment and I will try to fix it the best I can.

Q: Where is it?
A: on the lower level of Proudspire manor, in the small room behind the alchemy station, there is a hatch that leads you into it.

So why didn't you allow access to all the vanilla houses once the Proudspire home was bought?
It would save all the dicking around looking for mods that make the the other homes complete simply by adding access to same basement, same storage for crafting, and one set of forge tools, alchemy table, enchanting table.
Hey, it didn't cost you a single penny since you were all worried about Proudspire costing so dang much. Sorry, my mistake, you weren't worried about the price cause you think you are the steward of Solitude.

Hi there Soilder Zachary,

You need to acquire the key for proudspire manor legitimately before being able to get into this, the exit for the hidden lair is on the roof where you spawned when you entered, and the entrance from the manor in on the bottom floor.

Hope it helps

@Daniel.jonas12 almost certainly not. the stuff is gone and i suggest you re-add any items you are missing using the console. this mod has been tested using hearthfire and dawnguard and neither of them cause any conflicts. you might be able to fix it so that nothing else will vanish but the stuff that did vanish is gone
