Prayer of a Maiden achievement guide

A guide detailing how to get all of the miracles required for the 'Prayer of a Maiden' achievement.

Petrus of Thorolund

Petrus can be immediately accessed upon reaching Firelink Shrine. His miracles can only be purchased of the player is member of the Way of the White covenant or if you have defeated the Gaping Dragon.

• Heal: This can also be bought from Reah of Thorolund

• Great Heal Excerpt: This can also be bought from Reah of Thorolund

• Homeward: This can also be bought from Reah of Thorolund

• Force: This can also be cought from Reah of Thorolund

Reah of Thorolund

Reah's inventory can be accessed once the player has saved her from the Tomb of the Giants and she has been spoken to at the alter in the Undead Parish. NOTE: If two bosses are killed before all of her miracles have been bought, she will be killed presumably by Petrus of Thorolund.

• Great heal: This is exclusive to Reah

• Seek Guidance: This is exclusive to Reah

• Wrath of the Gods: This is exclusive to Reah

• Magic barrier: This is exclusive to Reah

• Replenishment: This is given as a gift if you talk to her after you kill both of her hollowed bodyguards in the pit that Patches kicks you down

Oswald of Carim

Oswald can be found in the bell tower after the Bell Gargoyles in the Undead Parish once the Bell of Awakening has been rung.

•Karmic Justice: This is exclusive to Oswald and is the only miracle he sells

Blade of the Darkmoon

The Blades of the Darkmoon covenant can be accessed via the darkmoon tomb while wearing the Darkmoon Seance ring. This removes the illusory statue of Great Lord Gwyn and grants the players access The Dark Sun Gwyndolin boss fog and covenant. Kneel at the mat and answer 'YES' to join the covenant.

• Darkmoon Blade: This is given as a reward upon reaching rank 1 in the covenant after giving 10
Souvenirs of Reprisal. NOTE: This can only be used while the player is in the Blades of the Darkmoon covenant

Gravelord Servants

This covenant can be accessed via coffin in a corridoor with a Prowling Titanite Demon. NOTE: You can only 'Nestle in the coffin' if you have at least one Eye of Death in your inventory. After 'nestling in the coffin', a cutscene will trigger and the player will find themself in Nito the Gravelord's room where they can pray to the Gravelord's Sarcophagus to enter the covenant.

• Gravelord Sword Dance: This is given upon joining the covenant

• Gravelord Greatsword Dance: This is given upon reaching rank 1 in the covenant after donating 10 eyes of death

Warriors of Sunlight

This covenant can be accessed in the Undead Parish just past the bridge with the Hellkite Dragon on it. Once across the bridge the Sunlight Altar is on the right. To pray at the Sunlight Altar you must have 25 Faith. However, helping another player defeat a boss will lower this requirement by 5 Faith each time. For example: Two other players helped would make the Faith requirement 15 rather than 25.

• Lightning Spear: Given upon joining the covenant

• Great Lightning Spear: Given upon reaching rank 1 in the covenant after offering 10 Sunlight Medals

Sunlight Spear: Given upon offering Soul of the Great Lord to the Sunlight Altar after reaching rank 1 and having Great Lightning Spear in your inventory. NOTE: This can only be used while the player is in the Warriors of Sunlight Covenant

Siegmeyer of Catarina

He can be found outside Sen's Fortress before the gate is open, in Anor Londo outside a room that has three Silver Knights in it and again in Firelink Shrine.

Emit Force: This will be given to the player when they speak to Siegmeyer in Firelink Shrine and answer 'YES' to his question. NOTE: He only shows up in Firelink Shrine after you help him in Anor Londo

Drops and Loot

These are miracles that can be found as drops from certain enemies, on corpses or in chests.

• Sunlight Blade: This is found in a chest in the Darkmoon Tomb after killing the Dark Sun Gwyndolin

• Soothing Sunlight: Found as a drop from a picasa ( wierd jellyfish thing) in the Duke's Archive. NOTE:This can only be used if the player is in the Princess Guard Covenant

• Bountiful Sunlight: Found as a drop from a picasa in the Duke's Archive. NOTE:This can only be used if the player is in the Princess Guard Covenant

• Tranquil Wal of Peace: This is found on a corpse in and empty room on the upper level of the catacombs. There is a ladder that leads to it

• Vow of Silence: Found on a tower in the Painted World of Ariamis that is accessed via use of the Annex Key and it is guarded by four Crow Demons

• Great Magic Barrier: This is found in Ash lake in the tree that is closest to the Stone Dragon. It is found by walking on a brance and dropping into a hollow log-like part of the tree and walking onto the large mushrooms. The miracle is on a corpse that is on the mushroom platforms
