All-white dot crosshairs + Melee weapons

Description
These are the same Wilson + Skie crosshairs, except they don't go red on hit, they stay white and the hit indicator now has a black outline too.

Additionally, the melee weapons have a crosshair that is basically the same but with the colors inverted (black dot with white outline).

Hey, I took the liberty to update the Mod to be Build 341 conform. And by update, I mean I blatantly stole the crosshairs and released them without the Exo stuff.

I just tested it and it works. There's nothing to update. Crosshairs don't break between patches, they are just textures.

Awesome mod. Even the grenade launcher has a nice simple white dot as crosshair. Makes aiming much more convenient. Please keep up the good work Mendasp and thank you!
