+ Drink Eat Sleep required (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=21496)
+ Dawnguard compatible, not required

This is an addon to Drink Eat Sleep that adds support for the new food items and rest states introduced with Hearthfire DLC.

This mod requires the original Drink Eat Sleep (found here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=21496) and this mod must come after Drink Eat Sleep in your load order.

Is the author still updating these mods? The newer unofficial combined patch file makes this hearthfire addon mod crash the game on startup. I can still use the main Drink Eat Sleep Bathe mod, but not this one.

Seriously, I've gained 8 levels just looking for troll fat. How the regular civilians of Skyrim are expected to keep clean, I don't know!

Good take on the hunger/thirst thing. It's taking me ages to sort out some soap though, no-one seems to just sell it, and charcoal is hard to come by. Recommend also using the Charcoal'd Steel mod or similar. I think that just being in fresh water (naked) with the cloth should contribute towards bathed status.
