I think that it might be due to Item Recycling. Some things might me ordered but most likely the items it changes are not. No way to fix this unless you can can merge names via a patch. Not sure if Skyrim modders have done that feature yet. I've not played in a long while so have been out of the modding community.
If you're refering to the look, please note that's Sky UI. This mod should play nice with any other UI mod you like to use. Sadly though, any mod that makes changes to items don't work so well without either a patch or modify the other mod. It's up to you which you way you want to approach it.
If it's not many item changes, like say a soul gem mod for example, then I suggest running this mod first then any other mod(s) after in the load order. That way you'll keep most of the changes made by this mod regarding name changes. You'll lose out on the changes made by the other mod, for example soul gem names not being in order, but everything else will play nice.
