Description
10/29/2014 - Minor Update with some small changes and some optimization

*Updated version of Bloc42 that includes a sewer system and different changes including a 3D skybox* European inspired RP map, includes apartments, stores, garages, a police station and a strip club.

This shit spams my console when using this map:

R_DrawDecalsAll: overflowing m_aBatches. Reduce 1048576 decals in the scene.
Too many vertex format changes in frame, whole world not rendered
