Play as Jouren as you take up the mantle of a fallen knight to journey through a myriad of environments and battle hordes of twisted creatures to prevent the evil alchemist Malefern from unleashing further terror upon your homeland.

Grapple Knight is a momentum based, action platformer that pays homage to the games of the late 80's and early 90's that Red Knight Games grew up with.

FEATURES:
  • Xbox and PS3 controller support*
  • Play as the Grapple knight, overcoming hazards and enemies alike with axe and grapple gun in hand.
  • Rediscover artifacts of legend that grant special attributes and perks allowing you to customise your experience and play your way.
  • Gain new abilities and attacks as you defeat formidable foes, transforming Jouren from a common man into a knight of legend.
  • Enjoy 16 bit style graphics and music to take you back to that nostalgic era of challanges and gamplay that captured the hearts and imaginations of many.
  • Will be available on Windows/Mac with further platforms to come.
*-PS3 controller support currently only available using MotionJoy to emulate Xbox controller.

A large update to the game should be on the way soon as we have all been busy with polishing a vertical slice of the game.
All of us on the team wish we could accomplish what we would like to do faster but we all make mistakes and hit delays when learning to be better developers, and we would like to thank everyone who has continued to follow us despite this.

Hello noomph, sorry if we haven't gotten back to you, I can't see any emails regarding rewards from EB expo from that sent to our contact us email, if you could send through another that would help identify any possibly email issues.

Regarding the rewards from EB expo we're working on the game and polishing the mechanics and I apologize that we have taken longer than the release windows we initially hoped to meet but we're still inexperienced and run into delays as we fix issues or rework gameplay.
However rest assured that you will recieve your rewards in due time and we thank you greatly for helping us through the early development of the game.

Feel free to also contact us at our personal work emails that can be found on our site.

Sorry but grappling isn't an origianl concept at all. Combined with lazy, bad graphics and repetitive gameplay and you have a downvote.

Honestly it looks like it could be vastly improved by adding some more backgrounds and mixing the settings up a bit, instead of having the background be a single looping image, hell maybe somehow you could impliment a desert area? or some sort of lake without jungle or forest just to break it up a bit? Im not sure exactly how or with what you plan on doing with the game but im sure any, even slight changes could vastly improve the game and i'd be damned if i didnt buy it if you did something like that.
