Adds the Knight of Cynishire skill.
Also adds a few items to early floors, including the monocle.

This is a Warrior Class skill.

= Cynical Brit =
"Your cynicism increases your apathy toward your enemies. Increases your Caddishness."

-Increases Caddishness by 3

= Knighted =
"Lord Bain has imbued you with his cynical wisdom. You have trained in the ways of the Cynical Knight."

-Increases Caddishness by 1
-Increases Melee Power by 2
-Increases Block by 3
-Increases Armour Absorb by 2

= Cold Sarcasm =
"Your witty remarks, sharp tongue, and nonchalant demeanor cut deep into the hearts of your enemies; imbuing your attacks with piercing, hyperborean, and existential damage."

-Increases Caddishness by 1
-Increases Piercing Damage by 2
-Increases Hyperborean Damage by 2
-Increases Existential Damage by 2

= WTF is this? =
"By getting a good first impression of room in front of you, you can get a good idea of how the dungeon is going to look. This spell boosts you vision and your ability to see traps. Unfortunately, your vision might get damaged in the process."

-Increases Caddishness by 1
-Adds the ability "First Impressions". This ability has a cooldown of 150 turns. It provides a buff that increases Vision Radius by 4, Enemy Dodge Reduction by 10, Critical Chance by 8, and Trap View Radius by 2 for 110 turns. However, it has a 75% chance of decreasing your Vision Radius by 5 and your Enemy Dodge Reduction by 10 when the effect wears off. This debuff lasts for 40 turns, so be careful.

"I can reflect your magic tricks back at you. Deal with it."

-Increases Caddishness by 1
-Increases Magic Resistance by 10
-Increases Magic Reflect Chance by 20

= Gaming Bliss =
"No amount of cynicism can dampen your mood when you realize that this game was made for you. You now have a chance to increase your health regen when you kill a monster ('cause killing is fun)."

-Increases Max HP by 10
-Increases Heath Regen by 1
-Decreases Caddishness by 1
-You now have a 50% chance of activating the buff "Gaming Bliss" when you kill a target. This buff will increase you health regen by 1 for 5 turns. This buff is also stackable with a max stack of 5.

= Brutal Honesty =
"The truth hurts. Use that to your advantage by hitting the enemies with your sound logic and unbridled opinion. Don't hold back."

-Increases Caddishness by 1
-Increases Existential Damage by 4
-Increases Crushing Damage by 2
-Increases Blasting Damage by 2
-Increases Existential Resistance by 3
-Increases Transmutative Resistance by 2
-Increases Blasting Resistance by 2

= But I'm the Archmage!!! =
"You are the Archmage of the entire universe! Nobody seems to care. Let's give them what they want and show them what an archmage can do! (with your weapon of course) Does aethereal, hyperborean, and existential damage. Damage scales with caddishness."

-Increases Caddishness by 3
-Adds the ability "I'm the Archmage". This ability has a cooldown of 100 turns. This spell targets an enemy and does existential, hyperborean, and aethereal damage to enemies within an area with a radius of 5. Also leaves existential mines in that area which will damage any enemies that walk over them for 5 turns. Damage scales with Caddishness instead of Magic Power. (In other words, the higher you Caddishness, the more damage this ability does.)
