this mod upgrades speech perks, mainly making the prices better for you, and lowering perk levels, ((example)): orgianlly a perk being at level 50 to get, is now 40.

also, the mods are not very godmoddy, so dont worry to much.
do not have both "unlimited enchantment effects" and "upgraded enchanting on at the same time.
