Wilson's White Dot + Skie's Hit Indicator Crosshair

Description
I've been using a mixture of Wilson's white dot crosshair and Skie's hit indicator from his magenta dot crosshair for a while, so I'm publishing here for anyone else that likes this combination.

Please also add a dot for the melee weapons as well as the bite attack for aliens.
