Let them turtle. Starve them. Be Patient. Out farm, Out XP them until you CAN take high ground. If you simply run at high ground into a losing engagement that is, in the current state of the game, a game throwing mistake. The swing that exists when this happens is frequently so large that you cannot recover. You want to force enemy buybacks ideally, make sure you have buybacks, secure aegis, slow seige if need be, split push, and hold control. That is how it needs to be approached without the risk of throwing the game
