+rep good medic. healed me when nobody else was around, we got tons of kills and souls, literally causing our team to win, and this guy started bullying and harrasing him for healing me.

Valve released new cowmangler texture update ,you could paint cow mangler in duration of 2 minutes+ minutes
then this bug was fixed
