Hey @Black Power Ranger, what is your problem with the service of the bot? You have one trade on the 10.09.2021 which was declined according to the rules of the bot (your account being suspended/banned on backpack.tf), two days later you bought the item on an alt (?) account. The trade was instantly accepted (because that account isn't suspended and there was no other reason to decline it).

@all-class gaming Hey - that is because the bot doesn't have any buy orders. It does have autopricing, but that is optimized for its own sell orders. But instead of outright declining all selling offers I manually handle them. This mean more accurate prices (for high value items / parts for example I manually pay more than the bot) but indeed also results in a slow down. It is kept that way because it is more reliable with the way the current autopricing works.

Why does this bot always Transfers a Trade for Manual Review whenever he's Buying?

Hey, that was a fault of steam (and a bit of my bot), it seems steam API's didn't return correct responses when it received your offer, so it restarted, but steam didn't even allow it to load its own inventory there, it then processed your offer, but because it didn't have its inventory (and thus the prices of items) it couldn't accept it - now normally the bot would restart again, but the restart due to failed trades is on a cooldown. So I accepted it manually and then restarted the bot like half an hour later. (Where it correctly loaded prices then and relisted items it took down (due to no inventory loaded))

@Osaka While it is true, that it countered your offer with a price not on backpack.tf (which is a mistake, which shouldn't happen, but is mostly because of the API of either steam or backpack, because the bot prioritizes listing prices on backpack over internal prices. It not having the correct price happens in maybe 1 of 2000 trades). But even when you do a valid -rep, stay true to the facts and say it countered for 4 Refined more, instead of almost 10.

Considering declined key trades:

The bot should be hard coded to decline all trades which are currency only (and he also doesn't list them). But considering all the trade offers and comments I believe you that he listed it - although I do not see a listing anymore right now (so I can't investigate that specific listing).
Right now I have no idea why he listed it (and why it isn't listed anymore, the bot would normally relist if a listing is gone). I will try to investigate. In the offer history I see one accepted offer which also shouldn't have been accepted.
I would speculate something around the bot getting an old key (which has a different id but looks the same as a key otherwise) which was converted into a new key, which he listed, where he also accepted the trade (?) but I will investigate it - Sorry for that wrong listing

@Lucky Larry<B Painted Hats I have to agree with you there, this is something which shouldn't happen and to be honest I can't tell you why it happened. This bot normally works by fetching the prices it has on backpack.tf currently and applying those to the items in his inventory. All unpriced items are then priced by itself. What is strange about that specific item is that the listing is 13 days old ( https://i.imgur.com/Tjivfep.png ). But the bot relists all items after a week, so it has to be broken in some way. Sorry for the inconvenience. I removed the listing so it will get created again.
