Q: What is the exchange fee?
A: The exchange fee for the bot is 10%

Q: Why was my offer declined?
A: You offer may be declined for several reasons, the most common being you did not meet the 10% Overpay. Another reason may be you are using items that are not accepted by the bot including items from other games. For more information on items that are not accepted by the bot please refer to the list below.

Q: How does the bot price items?
A: The bot takes the average sale price of any item worth above $0.04. Any items that are worth under $0.04 are priced at $0.004. After the bot calculates the price any offer that is 10% overpay is accepted.

Q: What type of items does the bot take?
A: Any Marketable Untuened items from commons to mythicals.

Q: What type of items are not accepted?
A: Items with killcounters and any other nonmarketable items including nonmarketable premiums. Items from other games are also not accepted.

Q: What if my trade offer remains pending for a while?
A:The bot shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to accept or decline an offer, if this occurs try sending the bot another offer.
