This game is simply amazing. Great soundtrack, touching story, smart dialogues, interesting and diverse characters, good sense of humor, mystery, fun mini-games, and very satisfying interactivity.

You play as a muse, so you don't choose exactly what the main character, Lorne, is going to say. You inspire him to say the truth, a half-truth or a lie, which gives you enough control but also some fun unpredictability. The more you play and get to know him, the better you can predict the kind of thing he's going to say. It is all very well written. The other major part of the game-play is the time-management system. During the weekends, you choose how Lorne is going to spend his time, that is, with whom he's hanging out with. As you unlock characters, it can become quite hard to juggle. You have to make decisions: which people you'll try to bond with, who is going to be neglected.
The story is of a lonely young man who is trying to connect with people, and find his one soul companion. However, an uncanny situation develops into a great mystery. Conspiracy theories, paranormal activity, scientific experiments, a religious cult... what can explain the bizarre existence of two identical women, each in one of two neighboring cities ?

I'm deeply touched by this game. Beautiful, engaging, moving. Important to say it is not a farming simulator, although it has nice mechanics in that way.

This game is very fun! The only think about it is that it is really hard, but I super recommend.
Esse jogo é muito legal! A única coisa é que achei ele bem difícil, mas super recomendo.

Last Word is smart. Not just fun, but smart.

I haven't played many games in the last few years, and definitely not one like this. That's where I'm coming from. But it was good. It has a lot of tiny details, which is why I spent so many hours playing. A thing here, a thing there.

ATMOSPHERE

The game has a spirit, or mood, with the way the characters are named and the music/sounds keeps you enlivened and motivated. There's only one real area, but it's dense with activity.

The game looks good in general. Clear. Expressive. The cat is so cute!

The music was also very good.

"BATTLE" SYSTEM

It was extremely fun, and I didn't find it hard or complicated, but I was still figuring things out in the middle of the game. There are no penalties for losing, so my advice is that if you don't understand the system, fight Seymour Saymore a lot in the beginning to try and learn.

ENDING

There are several endings. One is your basic fare, which is good. But then there's the unexpected ending, which is nice. It brings more of the mystery elements.

The bad/good thing of the game is that it's too short. I wish it were longer, which is bad. But I want more, which is good.
