You are a noob. I regret to tell that you do NOT know CSGO well enough to judge people.
Possibly, you are a naive kid or an uneducated, bigheaded, toxic adult.
I would recommend that you should question your own CSGO skills and try to improve yourself. Stop blaming others, look at yourself!
Go find useful Youtube tutorials, spend more time on aim/FFA/retake maps, watch pro players' gameplay, learn nades on every map, etc. (You may thank me later for free advice.)
