i can not play the game have dx 11 on my laptop and it will load the man screen then crash and not go into option page need help to get the game playable again

love the game have had bought it over 1 year ago and played it since then and still love it but would like to see some other states to be free of charge as a add on for the game the i or we bought and paid for otherwise it is a well thought up game (SIM) thanks....keep doing a good Jo Steam and SCS
