For those who may remember me under an old username or are struggling themselves:

I only play tf2 nowadays for the movement (or dodgeball/mvm), but I used to play the main game way too much and it resulted in a negative cycle of emotions and actions. After quitting for a while, I found jumping to be a more enjoyable experience that actually allowed me to break that awful cycle of hatred and actually enjoy the game.

Of course a video game wasn’t the only problem in my life that affected my mental health as I let too much stack on top of my mind till it all came crashing down and I had a meltdown.

If there is anything you can learn from this…

Take your mental health seriously.
