I bought Fran Bow in the steam sale not expecting much.
The game took me by suprise. It's a simple point and click puzzle game with gothic artwork. I ended up falling in love with the game and the story had me hooked. It follows a ten year old girl trying to find her cat and escape from a mental asylum. There are many characters you meet along the way and challenging puzzles and tasks that muct be completed before moving on to the next part of the story. There is a mini game between each chapter too. It took me 12 hours to complete the game so I feel it was worth the money I paid for it.
The only downside to the game I could think of, is that it ends quite abruptly. I am hoping this is because they plan on releasing a sequel.
