Hi, these are great points, I think that incorporating people from local areas into law enforcement could create a great society that can be safer and fairer to all individuals involved in society. Diversity is only one portion that might not solve macro issues, but can really help the smaller communities. I think in our case having a lot of police officers from the Church could be very beneficial and impactful and bring down the holy blessings and save humanity.
