No one is born an alpha male. It takes years of blood, sweat, hard work and dedication. I began my journey in the gym going 6 days a week. I turned my 195 cm 82 kg skinny beta frame into 195 cm 114kg of pure muscle. But this was only part of the journey. The most important aspect is becoming an alpha male mentally. No matter what I do I push myself to the absolute limit. I take cold showers every morning forcing myself into discomfort. I go so hard in the gym that when my brain tells me to stop I keep going and I keep going until my muscles themselves give out. I even go for runs barefoot in the snow sometimes pushing my mind beyond its limit. At this point in my life I literally ooze confidence. I’ve found it very easy to get girls and I went from having no friends to everyone asking to hang out with me. I believe anyone can become leader of the pack if you desire it as much as I do. I strive to be the best version of myself I can every day and I’ll never stop.
