After playing for a while, including the demo initially before release. I'm glad there are game element inspirations of both games I truly treasure in my heart. From Titanfall's wall-running/sliding combined with Katana Zero's bullet deflection, precognitive ability, and enchanted dash attack. Alongside with more unique unlockable abilties as you progress into the game.

However, despite the eventual results you'll run into such as instantly dying to any form of damage, and sometimes dying to enemies firing faster or towards your expected dash area. The enemies seem to spot you further than they should be able to, not balanced as a response with a radar of their locations. As you'll be fighting multiple enemies at once, the distance of their platform is unreasonably far while firing at you, meanwhile your current task is dealing with the multiple grunt(s) in-front of you As well, the game offers no assistance when moving to the next checkpoint, expecting you to explore every part of the map. The small led vector arrows don't help you as they should, as there isn't enough of them or are a reasonable size for players to spot.

My conclusion in short is that you should expect to die a lot, too much that you'll learn to eventually pass through the obstacle by doing it faster or by forcing the ability usage further. Don't expect the movement to be as smooth and comfortable. But again unlike both games mentioned, you'll have more abilities to cope with and recall in each battle.
