If you guys ever have issues like this in the future. please take a screenshot of the trade offer from your steam client showing the item missing and then take a screenshot of the round results that show your item missing and submit a ticket. click the yellow SUPPORT button on the website. We will then refund you for the missing item.

i deposited my weapon in clutch boss and i was never in the que and i never got it back my weapon is gone without me betting it! … i was scammed so to speak…. it is probably just a mistake cs:go skins please give me back my skin!
