They do nothing to fix the bots and have the audacity to add more cosmetic microtransactions despite the game being unplayable most of the time.

Valve doesn't care anymore, don't waste your time and money on this.
This extends to their other live service titles.
Your love and dedication to a game will mean absolutely nothing once Valve decides that maintenance is not worth the effort.
