This game is lacking serious content and I think everyone should be aware of this before buying. The novelty of the game wears off VERY quick, and the progression is far too quick. I've played this game for 6 hours and have seen every monster, been to every planet, and used every gadget. Now what? What is the incentive to continue playing? Money doesn't carry over, quotas rise to be impossible, and there is no save feature so I can experiment and enjoy the game. Seems like a TikTok game, and that shouldn't warrant 98% positive reviews on this game. $10 game should at least have enough content to last 10 hours.

Game also isn't scary after the first hour. Becomes a Sea of Thieves grindfest but somehow manages to have even LESS incentive than that game. Usually if a game is $10, who cares, but this game is seriously lacking content and is only popular because it manages to milk a visceral reaction which makes for great short-form video content.

Ultimately this game needs more content, and some kind of progression system outside of individual games. My player should either:

1. Level up to unlock more content, planets, etc. Not the best solution, but at least it's something.


2. Money earned should save to your character. Failing to meet a quota will fine you for an overall percentage of your total cash.

This solution offers incentive to continue to meet quotas, while allowing players to play the game how they want. The reason people say this isn't feasible is due to the game being "difficult" early-on to make it seem more hardcore. Why not just limit the amount of items that can be ordered while allowing the player to spend cash per game to upgrade the drop ship storage? Seems like a missed opportunity to increase longevity and provide a sense of progression.

Overall don't buy this game yet. Maybe when this game has enough content to last at least 10 hours, otherwise don't bother.

P.S. Public lobbies are fundamentally flawed. Griefing is rampant. It's honestly some of the most fun you can have in this game. Joining a lobby and spending all the cash, hiding all items brought back to the ship, or even just jumping off with a full inventory at the last second are all viable ways to completely ruin a quota cycle. Give it a try, since you all seem to want "haha funny moment".

3/10. Aesthetics aren't original, PS1 horror is being done to death. Movement is sluggish and feels like Roblox (can tell it was made by a Roblox dev lol). Gameplay loop doesn't even last long enough to meet the $1 per hour of game-time standard either. Needs serious fundamental work.
