This DLC is pretty fun and adds some new achievements with pretty interesting customization options when it comes to personal COA and your court. The culture mechanics also seem pretty interesting and I look forward to trying them out.

All that being said..is this worth $30? Absolutely not. Considering the base game is $50, buying that with this DLC would bring it up to $80. Eight-Zero dollars. Thats more than your average AAA title and yet the game still feels like this should've been the day 1 version. I would recommend using that money to purchase CK2 (oh wait, thats free!) and some of its DLC for a more complete game.
It would be nice if paradox would make this DLC come out in stages like stage 1 is the courtroom and artifacts, stage 2 is bloodlines and other things, stage 3 religions etc. But, knowing Paradox, they will likely release all of these at individual stages for $30 until CK3 is, at the bare minimum, as enjoyable as Ck2.
