I've commented on this exact problem on my post. So basically, Valve won't do ♥♥♥♥, cause all they're doing is milk every single penny from this game's users with both skins and Prime MM. I'm bringing the bad news to you my friend because I come from the future and I'm telling you, Valve won't do a ♥♥♥♥ about cheaters.

But you can try 3rd party services such as ESEA or Faceit, which sure offer a much better experience than MM, however people in those sites are good, for the most part, please take my advice.
