Receta básica de tostadas francesas

INGREDIENTES (4 porciones)
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de canela molida
1/4 taza de leche
4 rebanadas de pan

INSTRUCCIONES
1) Batir el huevo, la vainilla y la canela en un plato poco profundo. Agregue la leche.

2) Sumerja el pan en la mezcla de huevo, girándolo para cubrir ambos lados de manera uniforme.

3) Cocine las rebanadas de pan en una sartén o sartén antiadherente ligeramente engrasada a fuego medio hasta que se doren por ambos lados. Sirva con jarabe fácil de especias (receta a continuación), si lo desea.

4) Jarabe fácil de especias: agregue 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla y 1/4 cucharadita de canela molida a 1 taza de jarabe para panqueques; revuelva bien para mezclar. Sirva tibio, si lo desea.
