I haven't finished it yet but it's a good very Hollow Knight inspired game.

So far though there are some annoying problems, although it's hard to tell if it's really bad or I'm just too used to Hollow Knight to adjust. Basically though in my opinion it's pretty good.

Main drawbacks for me have been lack of fast travel points and feeling really lost. I'm generally pretty bad at knowing where to go in games and this wasn't too bad, but I think the world opens up a little too fast at some points with no hints or directions about where to go or what to do.

Biggest plusses are good and fun bosses, interesting map design, and a much more forgiving learning curve than Hollow Knight

Departures from Hollow Knight that might be good or bad for different people:

Death only takes money away, there is no corpse running except with a certain equipable item.

Healing takes money -- the less healing you need, the more money you get, so that's cool, but in boss battles if you want to heal you either have to carry some money on you and reload your wallet before fighting again or just go without since you only get parts when killing enemies.

You can dash from the beginning, and the base dash has i frames. But you cannot dash in the air (I haven't finished the game, there might be an ability later).

Haiku falls faster than the knight and pogoing has a different rhythm and has been harder for me. I haven't encountered many if any surfaces like spikes that you can even pogo on at all. Pogo doesn't recharge double jump.

Bosses have the same long intro animation every attempt.

Fast travel points are all through one system (as far as I've gotten) so no stag vs tram. But the train stations in this game are pretty far apart and in the early game there are definitely some long treks.

Dash, healing, and some other abilities heat Haiku up, overheating him. This doesn't do damage, but you are limited on how often you can use abilities. You do naturally cool down.

It was a really amazing world, for me like the best parts of Breath of the Wild.

But watch out, it is not quite so polished.
I played on the Steam Deck and the longer the play session goes the worse it runs. Not horrible, but I clipped through my fair share of surfaces. And about 14 hours in, I had explored most of the map, done most of the main quests, and though I know there were more secrets and discoveries left, my save file corrupted. I tried a fix, but I lost it, since I accidentally deleted it without a real backup. My bad. But really I can't remember the last time a game corrupted my save, especially when the game doesn't actually let you choose the save slot to save to.

10 second ninja is a very well made game, but just not the type of game I enjoy.
First of all, the game is quite repetitive, and the controls can be a little wonky.
But, I must say, over all, I would recommend this game to those who enjoy platforming, especially those who enjoy perfecting they're abilities in speedrunning.
