I love this game man. I don't really know how to describe it. The platforming hits that perfect blend of smooth yet not too easy. The pace of the platforming is superb and really one that lets players get to know Ori. It really stretched my imagination and I had a lot of fun flying through Mount Horu or Sorrow Pass as I master the movement system. Enemies are diverse and a challenge. The progression system allows you to feel yourself grow more powerful and gets people to backtrack *only slightly* to get to those key upgrades, letting people really enjoy the beauty of an environment and fluidity of Ori's movement. Music is relaxing almost all the time, and really gets those boss segments or escape segments a real emotional drive to escape or outwit you opponent. Kuro was an amazing antagonist as it showed a multi-dimensional character that was a challenge to overcome when you two faced off. This is just simply an amazing game and one I think is a must buy for anyone who enjoys platformers.

The ONE AND ONLY concern I have is that sometimes directions are unclear as to where to go. I don't want a map direction implemented, as it would ruin the experience of exploring. But something to help you on your path: flowers should light up when moving to indicate you're going in the right direction or maybe an occasional Kuro feather in the foreground to help you find your way.

Overall this is just simply one of my favorite games of all time. I love it and I definitely will have this game as a new barometer for future platformers. I love Ori!
