Ive looked everywhere for online multiplayer volleyball games and the best one i could find was on roblox :(. So when i saw this on steam for the first time thought it was kinda silly and not worth it just like every other vball game ive played. I was pleasantly surprised when i booted this game for the first time and not only were the mechanics interesting it had its own 2-d take on the format packed with interesting story and customization for stats and skins this game is a must play for all vball fans (haikyuu fans aswell!).
Ive essentially completed everything there is to do in the game so as for rn there isnt a lot of replay ability so i thought i'd think of some things that could the creator could add to increase replay ability as well as some things that i'd like to see added. A super obvious one is online multiplayer, after completing both the stories and getting enough vballs for the S rank characters that u like playing there isnt really much to do, Thats where i think online multiplayer could help but b4 i get there let me talk about another idea i had that builds ontop of that. Adding a 3rd controllable character. for eg being able to have 3 separate people control mb se and ws, that would create more interesting and complex defense and offense which could evolve an online scene and even a ranked format perhaps. Back to online multiplayer, I think it could be super fun and important to be able to q up and do the story with some friends, I really enjoyed the story a lot in this game i played through the whole thing and it obviously isnt some crazy ♥♥♥♥ but I thoroughly enjoyed what the creator did with his story for both of them and would've loved to see even more. That being said if me and my homies are playing this battling the story it evolves even more cuz now im not just trying to win for myself and the ai on my team, i got 2 other homies battling just as hard as i am. So online multiplayer story i believe is a strong idea. Next 3v3 online matches. I truly believe if u wanted to add a ranked format or even just a casual lobby system where u can q into other people and play this game jumps drastically in replay ability. I love the mechanics of this game, They are extremely simple with a layer on complexity to ur run up approach swing time and angle its literally real volleyball. So after playing the story over and over it feels less and less like me grinding the mechanics in this game mean anything and after a while it all feels pointless cuz threres nothing left to gain. Humans can constantly improve while A.I generally hit a limit so i really think 3v3 online multiplayer where everyone controlls one of the players and there is no a.i this game becomes legit amazing and by far the greatest online vball game i will have played




TLDR: Game is good, Story: fun interesting, Gamplay: Fun interactive complex and simple at the same time Customization: Characters skins and ability great customization options for a single dev to make. Improvements id like to see: MB STORY. 3v3 where everyone controls each position no ai. online competitive multiplayer (no ai) Online multiplayer story

Always on and off with this game its either hit or miss but I recommend if u are into the stealth genre the loud are fun when they arent just wait for ♥♥♥♥ to open
