oof, so you don't get an eye effect. I understand the rarity and all (I own a spec ks strange ghastlierest gibus) but was never able to find a definitive answer on whether or not the eye effect of a pro ks hat showed up. Thank you for letting me know tho :)

@Vizier there's no visible effect. it's more valuable because of its rarity only. it sounds silly at first, until you remember that having the word "Genuine" or "Vintage" in front of an item's name has no effect on the item's appearance either, but often costs significantly more.

Quick backstory: before you bought it, I was considering buying that pro ks tough stuff muffs. You got to it before me, so I have to get a definitive answer from someone who actually owns a pro ks cosmetic: does the killstreaker eye effect of the pro ks hat show up if you're using a ks weapon?
