Apparently your player rank, FOB and all other online data is connected to your unique player ID, so it looks like you're stuck. Sorry!

There should be an option to delete your save data from the main menu. Doing so will cause the application to close and upon launching the game again you will be met with the introductory sequence of the single player campaign. Remember, this will delete ALL of your save data, you will lose you single player progress, your Metal Gear Online progress, everything.
