The sheer amount of time I have put into this game should give you an idea of how fun this game can be if you have

1. Good aim

2.Decent coordination (with a team)

3.Gamesense

4.Knowledge of the movement system

As I have so many hours in this game, I can confidently say that it is absolutely worth the time to download, and it should cost money for how much fun it is. Although I may love this game, it does have some issues with a select few things (although they are minor and won't affect 97% of gameplay)

Pros

1.Unique movement system, somewhat like the wall jumps on the newer call of duties, along with long jumps and infinite sprint combine to make an extremely unique and fun movement system which, when mastered, can give you options to routes that wouldn't normally been available, as well as an edge in gunfights with some weapons.

2. A "merc" for all play styles. In this game, the characters are divided into multiple mercenaries (google lore for more info on why this is) which vary in speed and health, as well as hitbox size. These range from 80 health Usain Bolt speed to 200 hp moving as fast as a walk, which gives large amounts of counter play available for faster needs to "run circles around you" is you are playing a slow merc such as rhino.

3. Weapon variety is decent in this game as it has the full roster of shotguns, snipers, smgs, burst rifles, semi auto rifles, battle rifles (slower semi autos with much higher range and damage), light machine guns, and the usual rifles.

4. This game has a unique system of "customization" for your chosen character using loadout cards. These cards come in 8 varieties, of which 6 are accessible by earning credits and either

1. Recycling old cards to craft new ones

or

2. Buying cases for 1000 credits in the store (about 2-4 full matches in objective or 4+ in execution)

These 6 types include: lead (one perk) iron (two perks) bronze (three perks) silver, gold, and cobalt. (all cards past bronze are equally powerful, as the only difference is cosmetic) The remaining types of cards available are Special Edition (obtainable from events) and Obsidian (obtained from even rarer events, usually for a few dollars USD) there are also founders, beta fighters, and Splash Damage employee only cards, but they are no longer available (for now, beta fighters may have a second wave in the future.) All of these cards are equally powerful compared to bronzes as well.

5.Each merc has a unique ability. Some examples of this would be Kira's orbital laser, fraggers frag grenade, Turtles shield, and (my personal favorite) Fletcher's sticky bombs. Each ability (usually) has a counter, but others can only be countered by enviroment, such as standing inside to avoid an air strike, or wall-jumping over a Molotov grenade's fire. Some abilities counter others, such as Phantom's Refractive Armour disabling electronics such as aura's healing station and Fletcher's grenades, as well as Turtles shield countering all thrown explosives.

6. T E A M W O R K

T E A M R O L E S

All successful objective and stopwatch (double objective match, both attack and defend) matches rely on teamwork and coordination, especially fire support (Arty Kira Stoker Skyhammer) and medics (Aura Sawbonez Sparks Phoenix)

If any role isn't played, the team will run out of ammo, die quickly, and not be able to heal fast enough to repel an attack of the entire enemy team.

Now onto the CONS, although there are not as many as there are PROS

Cons:

1. Some weapons, such as shotguns and (sometimes) snipers can. E slightly unbalanced (getting 70 damage from a shotgun at medium range on occasion.)

2. There are some pretty cheese tactics as certain characters, such as proxy (nuclear pancake delivery) and cqb Fragger grenade kills (these are rare and take some degree of skill)

3. Ranked matches are almost 100% of the time unbalanced, so much so that i have abandoned trying to get a solid rank solo even though I usually top the scoreboard

4. PLAY THE TUTORIAL AND MAX 6 SERVERS! When you first join this game, please, for your own good, play max 6 servers so you learn the basics before joining the main servers. If you do not do this, not only will some people kick you for not dropping ammo, healing, and reviving, but also for bad aim. Not only this, but people like me and other 30+ level people, unless you are exceptionally good at this game, will almost certainly stomp you, which drives away a very large number of players, so please, play max 6 servers before you try execution so you get a feeling for the guns and abilities of your mercs.

That is all I currently have for my opinion on this game. Feel free to send me a message if any of the ability examples change or new types of mercs or weapons are added.

Early Access Review
As someone who has had this game pretty much sense it first launched on steam, I can say that 2 years ago, heck, even 1 year ago I would have wholeheartedly said to play this game. But not anymore sadly. It USED to be where there where 20 different armours, no bs insta-death to bomber weapons and the like. You had to grind and grind some more, but it was worth it to see your bot slowly get better. Now, it's 100% luck or pay to win. It now drops crates which give you nothing which sell for nothing and if you even THINK of using any air vehicle, you are utterly dead.
