I really disagree with this move. Sure Surkamp was hot garbage in our rotation this year, but the only reason why he was called up in 2016 is due to extremely bad luck with our injuries in our starting rotation. What everyone seems to be forgetting is that he was rocking a 3.07 ERA with 3 wins & 1 loss in 5 games in AAA this year and a very respectable 3.39 ERA with 12 Wins & 3 losses in the minors the year before. Right as I read this news my mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken tendies and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken tendies out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to my mom but I'm literally in shock from the results today. I feel like I'm going to explode. Why the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ is he getting DFA'd? This can't be happening. I'm having a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ breakdown. I don't want to believe the Surkamp is so bad. I want a future to believe in. I want Surkamp to be our ace and fix this broken organization. I cannot ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deal with this right now. It wasn't supposed to be like this, I thought he was ERA was trending down this month. This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
